PAs are frustrating. Just worring about getting an another attack can send you into an attack. I've had it attacks during sex, it is so weird to happen than when you are suppose to be having fun. Next time, focus on your breathing and try to slow it down, it may help. Are you on meds, Do you go to therapy? If not, got talk to your doctor. Their is help out there. I was recently put on a new medication and am doing so much better. I hope you find an answer or help. Take care, Reds

I used to feel the same way. But from my own experience I realized What a minute, when my heart starts beating fast and racing it causes me to panick but sex is a work out and it is normal for you to be out of breath and have your heart racing. I have just learned to talk in my head over and over after sex that this is a good feeling and I just breath in an out and lie there for a few minutes and the feeling passes. Hope it helps!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
