is there any where you can go thats quiet? take a few moments to breathe and calm down.

Step outside if you can and take a breather... Take a few deep breathes in and out and see if you can go back in. Are you taking any meds for your anxiey?

do any of your friends know about your panic disorder? i try to make sure that when i can i have someone go places with me who knows my situation. can't hurt to open up to someone! also....BREATHE!!!!!!!!!!!
