i'm always getting panic attacks.....and i dont know why...i'll be fine and then i start having a meltdown, cant breath, cant think, hiperventalating, getting unusually scared, i have no clue whats going on....any advise

ohhh , i know how you feel. im sorry to hear your feeling down, have you seen a professional i have a psychiatrist and psychologist and it helps . i got meds i use xanax. it helps me a lot and i exercise every day at least 5 days a week and i found it made a big difference. not saying it cuts out the p/a totally but it calms me and makes me feel better. i hyperventilate, shake, sweat, cold sweats, get irritated, feel like im gonna go insane, i have crzy thoughts, ibs, so your not alone. try get pro help or exercise. take care if you need to talk im here!! take care!!

I take seroqual abd effexor.I still get panic attacks when people come into my house hang in there and try and get a dr.
