I joined nearly two years ago to D.S. I must say I love the JOURNAL feature on here. I can type a quick note and record it for future references. I ask has anyone else kept up with their own attacks over , say the past year ? Are they getting more frequent or less frequent for you ? I just will not face the thought of being on meds for the rest of my life due to PANIC ATTACKS. I would love some honest feed back.
