I started suffering from panic attacks while pregnant. I had to stop working and couldn't drive my car because I would get so upset. I stayed in the bed for days at a time and stopped eating. I think my biggest problem was getting a dr. to understand that what I was going through was not normal. Not everyone had the reaction I did at all. I believe if I had been put on meds it would have been a lot better. I think the moment you find out you're pregnant you should let your OB know that you have panic attacks and discuss options for your meds. I hope everything goes good for you. And once I had my daughter I started feeling better and was able to get my attacks under control.
