Does anyone feel that their panic attacks are boardering paranoia? Not the paranoia most of us get about dying and such. Paranoia on a much higher scale. Example: Do you ever get to the point where you watch everthing that goes on around you? Or do you make sure all of your doors are locked and so forth. Not in an OCD kinda way. Just more in a panicky/paranoia kinda way?
I've noticed that I watch everything. When I get into my car. I look around. When I get out of my car I do the same thing. When I am getting ready for bed, I make sure there is no one outside and I check my doors and windows. It's kind of scary. But, I do live alone.
I just feel like the paranoia is getting worse and was curious if anyone else deals with this along with their panic? I do have bipolar Disorder too so it's possible that it may be a symptom of that. Who knows? It seems so much more associated with my panic?

You're right though AR, some of this *will* indeed keep me safe to some extent. There are far too many single woman who fall prey to sicko's.
I just hate it when I lay in bed and my rib cage starts hurting and I start feeling tense and everything tightens up. Not alway's a full-blown PA but very painful nonetheless.
