When I have my attacks my Bp gets to like 185/110 . I have normal BP outside of my attacks 145/80 with slight variations. I was wondering does anyone else suffer from spikes in BP or constantly worry about there BP when they have attacks ? I cant take my BP anymore because if I take it and see its high it sends me into a full panic attack right then and there, id just rather think its slightly high or normal instead of taking it and flipping out. I have been given beta-blockers for my fast heart rate that also supposed t help me with my BP , but I dont want to take them due to that my heart rate and bp are find when im not panicking. I also take .5mg Xanax once daily. Does anyone feel this way as far as there BP ?
