In addition to the sweating, fast heart rate, shaking, and flashbacks, I had some other symptoms that worried me. I had severe dizziness, confusion, and sudden intense fatigue. I felt sick for over an hour. Was that a panic attack, or was it actually something heart related? I've had some bad attacks since then but I didn't have those last 3 symptoms I listed.
