I've been off my meds for months now (due to finances) and my panic attacks are increasing. I'm really worried I'll have on at work or in public. I used to be really good at using calming techniques, but that was when they were really mild(years Ago). Now I have full blown attacks and don't know how to explain to others what is happening to me! Anyone have any suggestions? I'm a private person so I don't really want to tell the whole world I have mental health issues!
