Today I had a presentation at school. I was not nervous about it beforehand, I practiced and thought it was gonna go smooth. Well I get up to the podium to speak and I started off okay but all of the sudden I felt a rush of anxiety going through my body. My heart went crazy fast and I felt sooooooo tense like I wanted to run out of there. I just kept going with the presentation, but the anxiety didn't really go down, and I was SO uncomfortable! Usually if I have a panic attack at home I can calm down, breathe in a paper bag and/or do progressive relaxation, but how am I supposed to do it while I'm presenting???? It never happened to me before. My g/f said I didn't really look nervous but I sure felt it and now I am so scared to do my next presentation in a week!!! I need advice PLEASE!!!
