I would be asking doc for generic prozac, easier to eventually quit and perhaps cheaper
getting off of it means going through hell. seriously think twice before taking this drug...
*You* are different from *everyone* else. It may or may not do that to you.
As far as weight gain is concerned I *did* gain 15 pounds. But, again, that was me.
If you feel at all uncomfortable, ask your Doctor about other antidepressants. There are many out there. Also keep in mind that prozac type AD's are more of an "Happy Pill." And can sometimes, but not always cause more anxiety.
Your best bet is to speak with your p-doc and settle it before taking something you don't feel right with.
