I am currently on permanent leave from my job. I have been off for over two years. I have been put on permanent disablility. I havent entered into a mall for two years. Although I can go into small stores and shop and dine out with my family and fiance. I am always anxious 24/7 and get panick attacks at least three/four times a week. I have tried every medication under the sun and have either reacted, did nothing for me or made me hulucinate. The only thing that seems to keep me "sane" is .25 mg of xanex four times a day. Seems that my body is so used to it now that it is not working as effectively. I also take medication daily for thyroid, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I rarely leave the house and never alone. I have also been diagnosed with underlying post traumatic stress disorder. My son is also Ad/hd and have to deal with all of that entails and his medications. I feel like banging my head against the wall. I do smoke cigarrettes as it makes the anxiety "feel better" although I know that makes it worse. I cut out the cofee. I just would like some feedback as to how to handle all these pills and disorders and if I should make my doctor up my medication or keep trying something I dont hullicinate on. Also when I am really anxious or panicky as the littlest thing will stress me out, I tend to snap and get mad very easy the littlest thing bothers me I feel like people are always talking about me. Is this a normal side effect to xanax is always mad and snapping at people?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
