I tend to have extreme nausea with my panic attacks. I have emetophobia too (fear of vomiting) so I never know if it's stomach issues that trigger the panic, or vice versa. It's a never ending cycle. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle the nausea during the attack? It gets so extreme, but I've never actually throwen up. I'd say it's the worst panic symptom out of all of them. I was hanging over the toilet for a half-hour today just willing myself to puke b/c I thought it might actually help. Then came the hot flashes, shaking, and numbness. UGH. I'm so frustrated with this. I think I end up restaining myself from vomiting during the panic attack due to my overwhelming fear about it. Do you guys ever throw-up during your attacks? What helps?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
