I feel like I cant breathe, like im going to pass out, my heart goes a mile a minute, my palms get really sweaty and I get super warm. Usually talking on the phone helps if I am driving or I will start talking aloud to myself and reassuring myself that everything will be okay.
heart misses beats and thumps in my chest,
sweating all over,
legs go weak,
stomach churns,
tight chest,
horrible thoughts,
flushed face.
These last anything from 5mins to 1 hour!
