Does anyone else panick at the mere thought of severe weather? Whenever the warnings come on the weather channel, I flip out. I even worry for days about future forecasts. In all of my years I have never been in a tornado. I saw one in the sky once while driving home, but it only touched down briefly. Strangely I wasn't really afraid when I saw that. My husband was in the car with me. He thought it was smoke. I get so afraid sometime that my heart skips beats(palpitations). It can get pretty severe. There are some days I do much better than others. I have been dreading the approaching spring season, as much as I love warm weather and flowers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
