Hi I have been suffering with PA for 15 years. Just recently I got a bunch of blood test taken and found out I have a B-12 Defiency which can cause nerological problems if not taken care of. My body cannot absorb B-12 which you get through animal meat. This def. causes Depression and Anxiety which I feel causes my PA. Since getting my shots combined with 10mg of Lexapro I feel amazing!! I hope this info. helps.:)

actually a panic attack is the release of certain chemicals from your brain into your body,so it is something to do with your brain. what causes it are many things like a chemical imbalance which is a brain problem. Panic attacks originate in your brain. But sometimes it can be something you should checkout so do so if it makes you feel better. My 17 year old son thought his head was going to explode and we had to have his brain scanned, it was anxiety

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
