Latley the panic attacks have come back. I usually get them at 3:00am. I have a routine where I get dressed to go to the hospital. Sometimes I just sit in the parking lot at the hospital and I feel better knowing that my saftey net is there. Due to high bills from going I need to get this under control. Now I let myself go through it. I don't pace andymore and get freaked out I lay in bed and count backwards. After the panic subsides I sob and I feel better. I guess I hold my feelings in and the panic has to do with worrys about money,relationships and other things because after I cry I feel better.
