I was getting ready for a night out with my friends. I couldn't fight the overwelming anxiety I was feeling. To make the story short I ended up bailing out. I didn't want to get a huge Panic Attack in front of the whole world, especailly when it was supposed to be a fun night for everyone. My question is, how can you tell if your are excited anxious or nervous panic anxious!? I truly can not tell the difference anymore. I don't know if I am missing out on all these girl nights out because Im scared or because Im just excited anxious! Is anyone else to the point where they can no longer tell the difference!
