My problem is sometimes like this morning I woke up and I was holding my breath, and felt like I was trying to Not hyperventilate, I usually have anxiety in the morning but waking up like that just makes it so much worse, someone said mabe its sleep apnea? I have no idea, but I'm wondering if anyone experiances that, waking up to holding their breath and feeling like their about hyperventilate? could it be panic attack I didn't catch and get a grip on in my sleep?
