i am going to a party tomorrow and am not good in a crowd and am wondering how to handle it if a panic attack occurs

When i was going to parties i would always keep my back to the wall or stand near the door. As soon as i felt one coming on I would go to the bathroom or step outside for a few minutes. I soon got the reputation as being the quiet one and that was just fine with me

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
