I know when we have panic attacks we tend to breathe more shallow and faster. But has anyone else noticed that they hold their breath without even realizing it at first. It can have the same effects as breathing too fast and too shallow..for example lightheadedness, nausea, rapid heartbeat. just wanting to know if anyone else ever does this. I usually notice this while I'm anxious....before I have a panic attack.
