Even if you are just sitting on the couch all day but panicing it puts your body through so much... much of the heavy feelings I bet are just from pure physical exhaustion. Keep your food intake steady and regular and try to get outside even if just for a bit and get a little exercise even if it is just a quick walk in the fresh air.
