So this past weekend I took a trip home to IL with my fiance and parents. Usually traveling is the most anxiety-provoking time for me because in the past every time I travel out of town, or somewhere away from home, I always get anxious. This time we left on thursday and drove for 14 hrs during the night, and we came back by the plane. I was really worried that I'm gonna have an attack so I packed extra xanax with me, and I expected the worst, but I didn't have anxiety at all!!! I just tried to keep my focus on other things, I did a lot of reading, listening to music n meditation and I did not have one attack. I was scared to fly but I got over it and on the plane I just read a book. I was so happy with my trip because it was for the first time that I haven't had anxiety during travel. Last December my fiance and I went to Puerto Rico to celebrate our engagement and I had attax every day I was there, but this time nothing! I was just so happy I wanted to share the good news! Peace n luv to all

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
