This is just a clip from an Oprah Show about Jonathan and Jordan Knight (New Kids on the Block) who get panic attacks... the show helped me but also opened my family's eyes to what my anxiety is like and that it's not just me. It's hard to explain to someone or family what you are going through and there support is SO important... watching this show with my husband was really an eye opening day for me and him and helped him to treat me in a more possitive way instead of making my anxiety worse because he just didn't GET IT.
One of the brothers has an attack right on the show! Watch the "after the show clip" and if you are having a hard time getting through to your spouse or someone you need support from in your life try to watch it WITH them get a copy of the whole show. Sometimes if it comes from someone else they can understand it better.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
