its ok i have panic attcks too sometimes in waves dont fight becuase that makes them worse you may want to talk you doc about some meds and therapy so your going to okay

First of all, having suffered with PAs since '94 I TRULY sympathize. There are many good treatments that might help you overcome these my friend. Breathing techniques, meditation, CBT, anti-depressants, counseling to name a few. If you have a doctor I would highly encourage you to talk to him/her. All the best to you! ((hugs))
