I'm going through the exact same thing. My wife and I had a stillborn baby in the 9th month back in June. I took it hard at first but I was being strong for my wife. Then about 2 weeks ago at work I had a massive panic attack. I've never had one before this one. I wanted to quit my job. My doc gave me Zoloft which takes about a month to kick in and xanax which I pop like candy at work. I have to call today to talk to a psychiatrist. I spoke with a counselor but he didn't help as much I as I needed. Have you thought of talking to a professional? I hope life gets easier for the both of us.
