I have noticed that since my panic attacks have started (approx 1 1/2 years ago) I constantly feel hot. I have gone to docs who says its not hormonal (I am 45) or my thyroid, or any other blood tests he took. I had an mri a cat scan and was sent to an infection specialist - nothing. I do, at all times have a low grade fever, but before the attacks started I was always cold. I am starting to dread the summer months as they can get quite hot and my old air conditioner may not make it....has anyone else experienced this? I should add that just before I have an attack I have what I call a "rush" of heat, and feel even hotter than usual.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
