I have noticed that since my panic attacks have started (approx 1 1/2 years ago) I constantly feel hot. I have gone to docs who says its not hormonal (I am 45) or my thyroid, or any other blood tests he took. I had an mri a cat scan and was sent to an infection specialist - nothing. I do, at all times have a low grade fever, but before the attacks started I was always cold. I am starting to dread the summer months as they can get quite hot and my old air conditioner may not make it....has anyone else experienced this? I should add that just before I have an attack I have what I call a "rush" of heat, and feel even hotter than usual.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
