For about the past month or so, I have woken up at night with heart palps/flutters and feeling lightheaded. Then I have a hard time going back to sleep. It doesn't happen during the day, just at night between 1:30am-3am. I recently had a 48 hour heart monitor which came back with normal results. Does anyone have this too? I am worried that there is something wrong with my electrical impulses to my heart and that I am going to have a heart attack.
