Hey this is my first Discussion to post but wondering if anyone has felt this way and if they have figured it out yet. It starts from the moment i wake in the morning with the back of my neck hurting and a dull feeling in the back of my head. It rediates into my temples and sometimes the front but it can bring on headaches what i am talking about is it feels like serious sinus pressure but its not and my ears feel weird on the inside along with severe neck pain. I have seen a neurologist and they did an MRI and said i have two buldging discs in my neck but i am not so sure that is what is causing the pain its hard to get over having panic and anxiety when i dont feel normal. I am just looking for a little reasurance. Thanks for everything JJ

I was given citalopram - a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor and the headache in that form stopped immediately. I put it down to there being a lack of serotonin being produced and the headache is a physical outcome of the lack of chemical. This is very much lay-person's diagnosis.
I do get other headaches - especially above right eye now as a result of tiredness and stress, but never that Back of Head one that I got prior to taking citalopram (celexa).
