Does anyone can recomment any drugs that you guys take while you are having a panic attack to calm you down?. I am going to the doctor very soon and I would love to get something for those hard nights.

Ativan works wonders for me during emergencies (when i'm having a panic attack and can't calm down)! :)

I agree with jaja. I use ativan too for panic attacks. Benzo drugs like xanax valium and ativan are usually very effective for this.

I take klonopin. It lasts longer than xanax. xanax works a lot faster though. Have tried ativan but mine are kinda sever and it didn't do the trick. good luck

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
