ok saturday i went to my sons basketball game, everything was fine, until about the last 5 minutes i got really dizzy kinda out of it feeling,so i left and got something to eat thinking it was that cause it was 2pm and i hadn't had anything to eat yet! well that didn't help and i ended up not eating,so i parked and was gonna get out and walk around just sure i was about to have a panic attack, well i continued to fell extremely lightheaded, and my heart was racing.,(and my blood pressure went to 140/78 and normaly it is 124/78) after about 15 minutes it was over! i never had a true panic attack,(what i normaly have)just the lightheadedness and the racing heart,so my question is has anyone else during a panic attack got extremely lightheaded and your heart start racing but that was the only symptom you had? i ask this cause we all think the worse when we are going through these and everytime here lately i think i must have heart disease,or something of that nature.so please any response would be nice!
