I am so happy today because it is oficially 2 weeks since I have had a panic attack and/or felt anxious! I woke up today and I am finally feeling back to normal. I have to tell you all to try meditation. I learned that if you meditate and focus really hard you are able to relax. Once you learn how to relax anxiety can attack you all it wants but if you can relax and control it the problem just goes away. I feel so good and blessed I discovered this method and I urge everybody to try meditation and relaxation. Do it when you are not anxious and practice every day then if you have an attack relax and you will see how powerful and in control you feel.Hope everyone is gonna have a wonderful anxiety free weekend.
