Today started off well, I even left the house. On the way home started getting nervous on the train. Full blown panic attack by the time I reached my house. They get worse each time. New city and no support network. Quit my job a few days ago, just walked out cos I was about to lose it. Um, I just need some one to talk to. Chugged two beers to calm down, still itchy and tingling, but breathing better. I knew what triggered it and trying not to feel on that thought. Ugh HELP.
