So, I don't date much at all in general. But lately I've started to turn down offers because I fear the panic attacks, and feel anxious.
I had to force myself to accept an invitation from someone I am interested in, but am scared to death and worry about the date.
I've tried to tell myself to just have fun and enjoy it but it doesn't seem to help.
He knows I have anxiety and for some reason this makes me feel uncomfortable...I don't know if it's that I can't understand someone being ok with that part of me, when I'm not...or something else.
Basically I don't know how to handle fear, anxiety, panic and dating.
And dating in general is a huge mystery to me.

Also, I don't really know how to allow myself to be excited because the excitement feels similar anxiety.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
