Does anyone out there actually faint when they have a panic attack? I ALWAYS do and now my panic and anxiety are about whether or not I'm going to get so anxious I will faint! I fear a lot of things, but mostly it's driving long distances by myself or flying by myself because I'm afraid I'll have a panic attack and be by myself and faint. It controls EVERYTHING I do! The "what if I faint" question is always there and I miss out on so many things because of it! I am a very outgoing person but that 5% of me that has anxiety takes over and it feels like I'm a different person! Anyone else have this problem?
