I haven't driven on the freeway by myself for 9 years. Not even one exit. I have panic attacks whenever anyone else is driving and when I'm stopped at a light that is too close to the intersection and I totally freak when I am in the left hand turn lane waiting to turn. Once, while driving on the freeway, several years ago, I pulled over and actually backed up to the nearest exit. I DO NOT recommend this. It is extremely dangerous. I mention it only because it shows how terrified I was to keep driving on the freeway. It is limiting and debilitating since I am only 10 minutes away from a major city and the only way to get there is to go over a bridge which also sends me into panic mode. I read about one person's success using "www.drivingfear.com". I was wondering if anyone else has used this program and succeeded.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
