Deep Breathing - Relaxation -Meditation. I use different ones on CD cause it is easy to listen and do and relax at the same time. The more you use it the easier it gets and you will find you can calm yourself in seconds by deep slow breaths.
Herbs - I use Calm Tabs (any mix of Passion Flower & Valerian in a capsule) if I feel anxious or up tight I take one and there is no side effect. I dont feel drowsy or down, etc.
