Hi! Thanks for taking time to help.
Wondering if any one knows what causes these panic attacks/anxiety?
Specifically meaning is it like some type of chemical unbalnce or what?
I have done some research but unfortunately I am not understanding of medical terms.
Wondering if anyone can break it down in laymans terms>

well for me it was a lot of stressful events that i had going on in my life and a lot of emotional upset caused my panic attacks (so ive been told by my doc!) i have done some research myself and have found different answers such as over sensitised nerves, too much adrenelin, chemical imbalance in the brain, fatigue, stress and shock. I think everyone has their own reasons/thoughts on the matter. x

There is no chemical imbalance. This is an emotional disorder controlled by fear and panic that is caused by a memory that your brain is holding on to. Usually panic attacks are caused by unusually high stress or anxiety and alot of "what if" questions. If you can break the fear-adrenalin cycle and kind of re-program the brain with new memories you will overcome this. For more info on this method check out my journal entries beginning with Nov.18th. That is when I started copying from Dr. Claire Weekes' book.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
