I'm looking for a book or site that can help me with stress management. My panic attacks have gotten worse over the last month and I'm getting freaked out. I had two while driving during the holidays and that hasn't happened in over a year. My therapist is away for 3 weeks but before she left, she just increased my meds. Yoga and meditation isn't helping and neither is freaking out. I need to figure out a way to channel all of this anxiety because things are going to get even more hectic over the next month and I'm really scared.
