I have had full-blown panic attacks before but more recently I have been having 'episodes' that I thought were blood sugar related (I am hypoglycemic, pre-diabetic) but they are thinking that they are panic attacks. I was perfectly calm but I was totally shaky, feverish and I was just concerned about eating to get my blood sugar back up there. They have given me Xanax to take the next time one of these episodes happen and if it helps-then it is a panic attack-if not-we are looking at more blood sugar issues. My main concern is that I have been having major mental issues-I cannot remember simple things and I have almost NO short term memory. Any suggestions or has anyone ever had a lower-grade panic attack like I am talking about? Thanks for listening and any advice or personal stories you can give...

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
