i have a history of severe panic attacks. last week i was feeling great , i was talking on the phone and chills started in my feet and moved up my body and settled in my head , then my face started feeling numb. i got so scared my blood pressure went so high my machine wouldn't read it . i went to the hospital in the ambulance . they run all kinds of tests , ekg., cat-scan, bloodwork. they were all normal. they told me it was a panic attack. has anyone ever had anything like this?i wasn't even nervous, and i'v never had anything like this.
