I have had panic attacks when it comes to break up's, and there is no easy way out of it. You just have to go through it and come out on the other end. It seems horrible right now. I know, I've been there and I feel so bad for you honny. It's one of those things that life throws at us.
I know for myself, I am hyper-sensitive when it comes to affairs of the heart. Meaning that I feel like I take it alot harded than the norm. Perhaps, you can agree.
