I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
fear of fainting is common but it almost never happens, panic attack sufferers dont crash their cars
remember that deep slow breathing will calm you
i just want to say that fainting is very rare unless you have grown up with low blood pressure or some other disease which effects the blood/brain/lungs so you shouldn't worry about fainting, and it is EXTREMELY rare to faint whilst sitting down, again unless you have a disease, but those who may be at risk of passing ou at the wheel or anything like that usually are told they cant drive or anything! trust me, i no im young, but i have taken a first aid course and i'm always watching medical shows etc. if youre really that worried you should look it up on the internet, or try to. go on the site that shea sent you, it probably would help with this problem. also, you need to think of something wich calms you down, like even if its a lullaby your mum used tosing to you to help you sleep, whenever you feel scared, jus sit down somewere quietly, or go somewere quiet, and think of the thing that calms you down. personall i think of my uncle robert whodied not long before i was born, and i know he is there with me as all he talked about during my mums preganacy with me was meeting me, and im into the who supernatural spirit thing. jus think of something that will calm you down. sometimes its also good to do something to destract you like talk to a friend or have a night out or something, or even just a night in watching a movie! write to me and tell me how its going ok? i;m here 4 u xCx
