Hi everyone ! New to this site/ community! Glad tho that I can be here.
Was referred by an amazing friend Vicky, whom I have just recently came in contact with again thanks to Facebook! :D
Im hoping to meet new ppl, learn new things, and hopfully be a shoulder to cry on or something to anyone in need! :)
I have been suffering from Panic attacks for a little under a year now , so I am fairly new at it all. And am still finding it rather hard to deal with. Since I became pregnant I made the choice to have a drug free pregnancy, so the panic attacks are starting to come back!
But I wont let them win this time around . No way jose!!
