I saw a surgeon yesterday, who said he felt that at my age (28) that he didnt think i was mentally or emotionally ready for pancreatic surgery (full removal). SO he recommended i look into getting nerve blocks. Has anyone had experiences with these? If so what were your results on pain control? And second, has anyone had their pancreas removed? I would love to hear about your experience with living without a pancreas. BTW the surgeon said surgery isnt out of the question, just something to look into in the future. I am also new to this site and any advice, or questions ? please feel free to message me , Thanks
