Painful Intercourse Support Group
Dyspareunia is painful sexual intercourse, due to medical or psychological causes. The term is used almost exclusively in women, although the problem may occur in men. The causes are often reversible, even when long-standing, but self-perpetuating pain is a factor after the original cause has been removed.

I get slight stinging when i urinate after foreplay, intercource or any manipulation. Also get sometimes very little bleeding, but it scares me. I am postmenapausel and wonder if it is just thinning of skin. Only thing is i thought the hormones I am taking was to build up walls of cervix and vagina. I am puzzled , but will see dr soon for routine exams. Hilly
