Hi! I just found this message board. I belong t several other boards at this site, but thought it might be a good idea to join all of you too.
I was diagnoised with osteo when I was 32 years old, I'm 59 years old now. I went through pre-mature menopause at the age of 16. Back then, the connection between osteo and menpause was not made. No one informed me that if I didn't stay on the hormones, that this would happen. I quite taking the drugs after 5 years of pure heck on them.
I've been fortunte, I haven't broken any major bones. I was taught at the University of Michigan on how to fall, and so far...it's worked.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I had such a situation myself at 14, took numerous birth control meds, bythe time I was 18, I stopped completely. At 28 they discovered I had a Pituitary Tumor...
Get Yourself to an Endo please.
There are no more tests to take, there are no more specialists to see. I accepted the fact when I was 30 that I would never have children of my own.
