I have a little boy who will be four next month. He was diagnosed with ODD a year ago and his pediatrician has now said he is old enough to diagnose ADHD (extremely hyperactive). We are seeing a developmental pediatrician this week and would like to get some advice from parents who have put their children on any sort of medication. They believe that reducing his hyperactivity will help him be more aware of his actions. He is also in a developmental preschool and sees a psychologist regularly. Any advice or experience at any age would be appreciated. Considerably worried about how meds would affect his personality.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
