i think i do for week days. (even tho i havent had regular work lately). mine is wake up to alarm. usually let the cat in as she will be meowing. check my email and ds! then put the kettle on, make a cup of tea. have my usual breakfast. check my diary to see what i need to do for the day.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Jump in the shower, do the usual comb hair, cream on face stuff then have breakfast, a big bowl of porridge and then brush my teeth. Get my dinner ready rather quickly. By then my friend has arrived to pick me up and i run out the door with my coat over my arm, and lunch in my hand, bag over shoulder. Most mornings are this for work, - Monday to Friday, i am not good in morning, i dont even dry my hair, i run out with it wet.
Shut off alarm. Get my towel and a facecloth. Go into the kitchen and wash my face and wet down my hair. I do this so I don't wake hubby he works nights. I pack the kids lunches. Make my oatmeal, wake my son, put on makeup, eat, then get dresses. Kiss hubby goodbye. Weekends I try and sleep in since I get up at 5:30am weekdays.
the only things that have changed is i use decaf when i wake up for real now, because reg coffee early was having bad effects on my blood pressure. when i have reg coffee in the afternoon i'm okay? i used to have a routine for what i would eat as well, but that only lasts a few months at a time. i generally don't cook. microwave and cold food only. a no stress thing.
