Does any of you ever constantly look in the mirror and see what you want to change? I also will buy things and then only hours later decide i dont want them and get rid of them. I go through my closet and cabinets constantly to see what i can get rid of even though they are empty. I go over things several times in my mind and count my money all the time. For example, i just went to the storea nd spent 50 dollars and now i want to get rid of everything i got, but when i was there i wanted to buy a lot more. Anyways, does anyone get that, and can anyone give me advice? i do acupuncture which has helped me with anxiety and depression but i dont know any way to better my OCD, and i dont want to take medication. I appreciate any advice.
